Therapy Reporting and Data Analytics:
If you have opted to fund therapy sessions for your people, you’ll receive two types of reports:
Monthly Therapy Report: A lighter report that includes high-level statistics such as new sign-ups and therapy usage.
Quarterly Therapy Report: A more comprehensive report that provides a deeper analysis of therapy uptake and usage trends.
Depending on your Clearhead agreement, you may also receive a broader self-help data analytics report every quarter, bi-annually, or annually.
Quarterly Reporting Dates:
1st Jan – 31st Mar: Reports will be delivered in the 2nd or 3rd week of April.
1st Apr – 30th Jun: Reports will be delivered in the 2nd or 3rd week of July.
1st Jul – 30th Sept: Reports will be delivered in the 2nd or 3rd week of October.
1st Oct – 31st Dec: Reports will be delivered in the 3rd or 4th week of January.
Why these dates?
These dates align with the standard business quarters used by most organisations. They also allow us to streamline and standardise reporting.
