User offboarding occurs when you manually remove a user's access from your eligibility list, when you upload or automatically sync a new staff list which they are no longer listed on, or when you inform us to remove them.
On the day this occurs, an end date is set in our system which removes them from your eligiblity list.
When a user is removed from your eligiblity list:
- New account sign-ups will not be possible
- Existing accounts will be moved to a freemium version
- New allocations for therapy will not be possible to initiate, however;
- Permitted Users (Employees) that were referred in for EAP therapy before (and up to) the End Date will be able to complete any remaining therapy allocation with their therapist
- Therapists are not able to apply for Session Extensions
Therefore, if you wish to provide therapy support for someone leaving your organisation please ensure they have:
- Commenced therapy prior to being offboarded
This means they can can still log in to finish off therapy allocations they have started. - Changed their work email to their personal email (if their work email is being shut down) before they lose access to their work email.
If they are changing from a work to personal email, their account is still linked to the work email in your eligiblity list (that has been offboarded). This means once they finish their current allocation they won't be able to access further therapy allocations.
If they have already lost access to their work email address and/or you wish to provide further therapy support, please email therapist-support@myclearhead.com.
