Going through a restructure effects all levels of an organisation. Whether you are a people
leader, an HR representative, or an employee, the stress and uncertainty of the process can have a big impact on the day-to-day operations of any workplace.

For organisations who pride themselves on how they support their people, any change process is going to be tough. We recognise the importance of providing specialist support for affected individuals to prioritise their wellbeing and access resources that genuinely aid in their transition to where their next steps may take them. That's why we've packaged compiled this guide that provides 
wrap around support in the following areas:

1. Counselling / Therapy 


Employees can get support through therapy, for psychological and emotional support. They can use this space to process their emotions, support their mental-wellbeing, manage stress and cope with uncertainty and change.

Please remind your people how many sessions they have available to them and how to access therapists specialising in Career Change;

1. Head to the Appointments tab and select 'Find a Therapist'


2. Click "I'll search myself"




3. Type "Career Change" in the keyword search to return the profiles of therapists that can help.

2. Career Coaching

Career Coaching is an optional non-therapeutic service that Clearhead Full clients can opt-in to offering their employees.

Coaching can help during restructures and redundancies through:

  • Professional and sensitive decision-making support, when an alternative role is offered or to accept redundancy should there be a choice

  • Creating a career review summary and identifying career planning objectives

  • CV review and re-writing if necessary, to target appropriate roles

  • Determining an appropriate job search strategy (networking, job boards, direct approach to employers of choice, etc.)

  • Job search support including review of letters of application, cv alignment and approach

  • Interview skills coaching and practice


    Career Coaching is a 3 hour service charged at $555 + GST + 10% Clearhead Fee

    If you do not have this service enabled, but would like us to enable it for you, please email support@myclearhead.com. You can either enable Career Coaching for all staff, or by referral only so please specify your preference and we will give further instruction on how your staff can access the service accordingly.

3. Financial Advice


Financial Advice is an optional non-therapeutic service that Clearhead Premium clients can opt-in to offering their employees.

Financial Advice can help during restructures and redundancies through:

  • Understanding employees' financial goals and providing tailored guidance.

  • Offering professional financial planning, investment strategies, savings, and wealth management where applicable.

  • Providing tools, resources, and strategies to encourage financial confidence and security.

  • Delivering clear, constructive advice in a respectful and confidential manner.

  • Helping employees develop financial plans or make financial decisions aligned with their personal values and long-term security.

  • Ensuring complete confidentiality and professionalism in all financial discussions.


    Financial Advice is a 3 hour service charged at $660 + GST + 10% Clearhead Fee

You can either enable Financial Advice for all staff, or by referral only so please specify your preference and we will give further instruction on how your staff can access the service accordingly.

These services (if enabled) can be accessed when logged in to your Clearhead account.
