For clients that have not given us instructions on the management of session extensions over the Christmas and New Year break, we will be pausing session extension requests at 5pm on Friday 19 December.
We have advised therapists regarding the deadline for extension requests in 2025, however, if a request is received after this time, we will be informing therapists of the options available to ensure timely support, which may include a new booking in early 2026 (when the employee is eligible for an allocation reset on 1 January).
