What is it?

This service is particularly valuable during times of organisational change or restructuring, providing crucial support to employees as they adapt to new roles, explore different opportunities or even navigate redundancy.

Career Coaches can help with:  

1. Understanding your employees’ objectives and desired outcomes from the coaching. 
2. Supporting your employees with professional guidance, from high-potential development to performance improvement and role transitions.
3. Providing tools, resources and strategies that will encourage confidence and development. 
4. Providing constructive advice and feedback in a respectful manner.
   
5. Supporting employees through challenging times, career changes, restructures or redundancy. Offering emotional support, skills assessment, job search strategies, and interview coaching.
6. Helping employees develop career plans aligned with their values and your organisation's needs.
7. Remaining confidential in every respect, respecting both personal, professional,
and employer information.  
   

How it works

1. Confirm you’d like to enable this feature (if you haven't already) by emailing support@myclearhead.com 
2. We’ll provide a one page PDF to share with employees, with instructions for booking a career coach. 
3. Sessions with a career coach will be separate from an employees allocation of pre-approved therapy sessions. 
    

Price 

$555 + GST per referral (3 session package.)
