- Supporting employees through challenging times, career changes, restructures or redundancy. Offering emotional support, skills assessment, job search strategies, and interview coaching.
- Helping employees develop career plans aligned with their values and your organisation's needs.
- Remaining confidential in every respect, respecting both personal, professional,
and employer information.

- Sessions with a career coach will be separate from an employees allocation of pre-approved therapy sessions.
