What is it?

By offering access to financial advice, organisations demonstrate a commitment to their employees' financial well-being, which can significantly improve overall engagement, financial stability, and productivity.

This service is particularly valuable during key life transitions, such as career changes, family planning, or retirement preparation, providing important support as employees navigate their financial futures.

Financial Advisers can help with:

  1. Understanding employees' financial goals and providing tailored guidance.
  2. Offering professional financial planning, investment strategies, savings, and wealth management where applicable.
  3. Providing tools, resources, and strategies to encourage financial confidence and security.
  4. Delivering clear, constructive advice in a respectful and confidential manner.
  5. Helping employees develop financial plans or make financial decisions aligned with their personal values and long-term security.
  6. Ensuring complete confidentiality and professionalism in all financial discussions.

How it works

  1. Confirm you’d like to enable this feature (if you haven't already) by emailing support@myclearhead.com
  2. We’ll provide a one page PDF to share with employees, with instructions for booking a Financial Adviser.
  3. Sessions with a career coach will be separate from an employees allocation of pre-approved therapy sessions.
