Clearhead’s Mood Journal is a place for regular reflection that helps you to build self-awareness and find links between your environment and your mood. By focusing on activities that benefit your overall wellbeing, the journal can help you to recognise patterns and take control of your happiness.
How to use it
Simply download the app and you will be prompted to use the Mood Journal! Log your mood, select the activities you completed during the day and write a short journal entry. You can select from our suggested activities or create your own to personalise your journal further. Once you have completed your entry you will be given a daily reflection and some tools to help you with your current state of mind.
