If you have added your employees' email addresses to the Members tab in the Management Portal, you can use the Bulk Invite feature to send them a welcome email from Clearhead with instructions on how to access the platform and get started.
Below is a sample of the welcome email that will be sent to your employees. The invitation email will be customised to your organisation and includes details about the number of funded sessions available, along with any additional services offered through Clearhead, such as family access, financial wellbeing support, legal advice, or career coaching.
