If you have added a list of your people's emails to the Members Tab in the Management Portal you are able to "Bulk Email Invite" them to Clearhead. This creates an account for them and emails them their login details.

Go to the ‘Members’ tab.
Click ‘Invite All'.
This will create an account for each person and automatically email them their login details.
If they already have an account or you have invited them before, they will not be invited again.
Please note we have not yet implemented the ability to invite single users in this screen by selecting them, but are currently developing this.
