In this article, we cover four steps to onboard successfully.
1. Firstly, complete the Onboarding Form!
The first step after you have signed up to Clearhead is to complete your Clearhead Onboarding Form. This form gives us all of the information we need to effectively provide Clearhead to your people. You can launch in as little as 7 days after we receive your form back. We need this time to prepare your Clearhead resources and create your organisation's customised microsite.

2. Your Clearhead Digital Onboarding Resources
Completed your Onboarding Form? Awesome.
A few days after you have completed the Onboarding Form, you will receive your very own, digital Onboarding Resources.
Your Onboarding Resources tell you everything you need to know about Clearhead, plus it helps you communicate Clearhead to your entire organisation.
Via your Clearhead Management Portal you will receive a full suite of Onboarding Resources such as:
- Launch Guide
- User Guide
- Manager Guide
- Poster Pack
- Marketing and Brand Pack
- Engagement Checklist
- Workplace Clinical Offerings

3. What happens on "launch day" and what do I need to do?
Good question.
It's up to you how you launch, but essentially launch day is the day you announce that you've partnered with Clearhead and send your people resources that will support them to access our services.
You choose the launch day that works for you when you complete the Onboarding Form.
We would have provided you all the resources you need to launch, so it's up to you how you want to communicate the launch to your people. We do provide a Launch Guide with recommended email blurb, instructions and additional resources.
4. What about next steps? What happens after launch day?
Great question!
After your launch we will communicate with you in a variety of ways by sending:
- Monthly resources which include our upcoming webinars, to share with your people
- Ad hoc promotions of any competitions we may be running, to share with your people
- Webinar reminders, to share with your people
- Email check in's (2-3x across the year)
- Reporting (depending on your contract we will provide monthly, quarterly therapy reporting and data reporting.)
