Launching Clearhead with Your Staff

Clearhead is most effective when it’s introduced as a core part of your employee experience — not just a one-off initiative. To drive meaningful engagement, we recommend embedding Clearhead into your onboarding, induction, and internal wellbeing communications.


1. Use your HR home screen as a Launchpad


When logged into your admin portal, your HR home screen shows four helpful resources to guide your rollout and ongoing engagement:



Make Clearhead part of your new hire onboarding by adding it to:


Your Employee Handbook
Include a section about Clearhead’s wellbeing support and login steps.


Your Induction Schedule
Add a 5-minute overview during the first week of onboarding. Emphasize that Clearhead is free, confidential, and always available.


Your Onboarding Materials
Link directly to Clearhead’s Employee Digital Handbook (available on your HR home screen) so new staff know how to log in and get started.


This approach sets a strong tone: mental wellbeing is supported from day one.


2. Ongoing promotion to your people.

We regularly run sessions on mental wellbeing, resilience, burnout prevention, and more.
These are great opportunities to promote to your staff or use as lunch & learn content internally.



Monthly Mental Health Themes


Each month, Clearhead focuses on a wellbeing theme to help you spark meaningful conversations and content in your workplace.

You'll see three months at a time, and each links to a curated blog post filled with relevant tools, articles, and activities you can share with your team.


Examples include:

  • Social Connection


Use these themes in your internal newsletters, Slack channels, or team meetings to keep wellbeing visible year-round.


Final Tip: Normalise Mental Health Conversations

The best way to launch Clearhead is with authenticity and consistency. Make wellbeing a regular topic in team check-ins, leadership updates, and internal comms - not just something employees are expected to figure out alone.

When leaders model the use of Clearhead and encourage its use as part of work-life balance, engagement increases.
