You will need to populate this list with unique identifiers (emails addresses or employee IDs) for those who you want to grant access.
Clearhead recommends using email addresses as the verification method, because this will give you the option to send email invites to your team. This helps make it easy for people to sign up and utilise their benefits.
Note:
- id/email is the only required field
-all other fields are optional
Important:
Anyone not on your list will not be able to access Clearhead.
Please set a regular reminder to update the list to ensure new joiners have access and leavers are removed.
You will be given access to our Management Portal where you can maintain and update this list.
