Outplacement Support is a comprehensive service designed to help employees navigate career transitions with professional guidance and resources. Our packages provide intensive, practical support specifically designed for employees who are leaving the organisation.
Package A | Basic Support [5 hours]
A focused programme of three one-hour coaching sessions covering:
• Career Intelligence assessment and debrief
• Aspirations and career 'best fit'
• CV review
• Market readiness
• Interview practice
Sessions are typically scheduled across two to three weeks. CV review work and consultant preparation are completed between sessions.

• Reasonable telephone and email support between sessions
• Emotional support and career assessment
• Job search coaching and strategy
• CV review and refinement
• Interview skills development
• Follow-up support at the end of the programme
