- Where engagement with therapy is suggested, but optional. Mangers / HR can fill in this form to refer someone. We will then engage with that person to set up therapy for them, but it is ultimately up to the person to decide to engage or not.
- Where it is a business requirement for the person to engage in therapy and some reporting back is needed, managers/HR can call 0800 CLR HED / 0800 257433 (NZ) or 1800 CLR HED / 1800 257433 (AU) to get advice on the specific situation and we will tailor the service as required. Note that before we engage with the employee in this situation we will require a consent form signed by both parties, on the terms of the engagement and what will be reported back.
