Step by step instructions on how to create an account are included in your Onboarding Resources.
1. Download the Clearhead app on your mobile from Google Play or the App Store. If you wish to access Clearhead on desktop you can head to myclearhead.com or the direct link to your microsite if you know it.
2. Head to the Sign Up page.
3. Type your organisation name in the box provided.
4. Wait for your organisation name to pop up and then select it.
5. Depending on the prompt, enter an email address or ID.
5. Create a secure password and click 'Register'.
6. Verify your email address by clicking 'Activate My Account' when you receive the verification email.
If your verification email never arrived, check your junk folder. If you can't find the email, select "Click here" to re-send the verification email.
7. Head to the Sign In screen to sign in with the email and password you just created. Answer a few questions to set up your account and from here you’ll have full access to Clearhead’s services!
